Brannet 1. About Brannet Market
Brannet Market is an online marketplace for discovering, purchasing, downloading, and, where available, selling digital products and creative resources. “Brannet Market,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service operated from Tirana, Albania.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
3. Marketplace purchases and licences
Products are digital goods. A purchase gives you the licence described on the relevant product page or in the accompanying licence terms; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
- You may use a product only within the scope of its applicable licence.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make a purchased product available as a competing downloadable product unless the licence expressly allows it.
- Product previews, descriptions, pricing, availability, and features may change before purchase.
4. Sellers and uploaded content
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and rights clearance of the content they upload. By submitting content, a seller confirms that they have the necessary rights and grants Brannet Market the permissions needed to host, display, promote, process, and deliver that content through the service.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, applicable law, a third party’s rights, or our safety standards.
5. Generative Studio
Generative Studio is a planned Brannet Market feature and may not yet be available online. When enabled, it may allow users to create or transform content using generative tools, prompts, references, and other inputs.
- You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, references, and other inputs you provide.
- You must not use Generative Studio to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content, or content that violates another person’s rights.
- Do not upload confidential, personal, or sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and the necessary permissions.
- Generated results may be inaccurate, similar to other works, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them.
- Ownership and permitted use of generated outputs may depend on the tool, inputs, third-party model terms, and applicable law. Any product-specific rules shown in Generative Studio will also apply.
6. Payments, refunds, and taxes
Prices, payment methods, taxes, refund eligibility, and transaction terms will be shown at checkout or in the relevant product terms. You are responsible for providing correct billing information and for any taxes that apply to your purchase or earnings, except taxes Brannet Market is required to collect.
7. Prohibited use
You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service; scrape or harvest data at scale; bypass security or download limits; impersonate another person; upload malware; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
8. Intellectual property
Brannet Market’s name, branding, software, layout, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Third-party services
The service may link to or rely on third-party payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI providers, or other services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the service and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, remove content, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or our legal rights. You may stop using the service at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brannet Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Albania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The competent courts in Albania will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops, including when Generative Studio launches. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
